I had a really good time at this place. Everything was so new and fresh, and it was super convenient to have parking right on site. the room was huge, providing plenty of space to move around. the location was amazing, just minutes away from Klub Neu. There were plenty of options for breakfast, which was awesome.

The staff were very friendly and gentle and the restaurant was pretty good! Really enjoyed an electric kettle, air conditioner, and an electronic key card in the room❤

The room we booked had everything we needed like an electronic key card, coffee and tea making facilities, and a TV with multiple channels.

I recently stayed at Arcotel Hafencity for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is brand new and the rooms, especially those designed for disabled guests in wheelchairs, are the best I've ever used. The facilities are excellent and the breakfast was top-notch. The hotel also offers safe parking for guests. Although it's located outside the historic city center, it's conveniently situated next to a tram stop and a city bike path, making it easy to reach the city center within 10 minutes by tram, bike, or a pleasant 20-minute walk. Additionally, the hotel is in a great location for cycling around and exploring Dresden, with the German bike road just 10 meters away and the popular CityBeach Bar being only 25 meters away. the hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, amenities, and location.

I would recommend this hotel.

We loved this hotel for its modern and sleek design. It was very clean and had great hotel facilities like parking and easy transportation access. It was located super close to all the beautiful historical sights of this city, and was also conveniently close to the tram. The location near the river was perfect for taking a scenic stroll.

If you're looking for a hotel with a convenient location for Christmas market shopping, this is it! The rooms are clean and nicely decorated for the season. The breakfast selection is impressive, with warm and cold options make the chilly winter mornings a bit more bearable. Parking is safe and secure, so you can leave your car and enjoy the festivities without worrying about it.

The heating doesn't seem to be working properly, and the rooms are too cold to be comfortable. The staff is not very helpful in resolving this issue, which really put a damper on our stay.

The biggest drawback was the location. The hotel was not centrally located and was situated in an industrial-looking neighborhood being converted into residential areas.

Huge rooms, excellent bathroom. Modern, hip and eco-friendly. Comfortable bed, delicious breakfast. Helpful and accommodating staff.
